Matthew John Daniels, 21, male, of 1021 W. 22nd St., arrested at 2:01 a.m. at 2115 College St., charged with consumption in public/intoxication and interference/no injury.

Elvira Domina, 34, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 4:26 p.m. at Von Maur, charged with fourth-degree theft.

Jasmina Sabic Murtic, 37, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 4:26 p.m. at Von Maur, charged with fourth-degree theft.
