Matthew James Chizek, 23, male, of 3326 Jepson Road, arrested at 8:26 a.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first-degree.

Carol Ann Cook, 60, female, of 3509 McClain Drive, arrested at 9:22 a.m. at Hy-Vee, charged with criminal trespass.

Nathan Lee Bell, 25, male, of 3219-4 Terrace Drive, arrested at 1:26 p.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with third-degree theft.

Feb. 16:

Jesse Boone Bergfeld, 18, male, of Iowa City, arrested at 2:31 a.m. at West 25th Street and College Street, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

Feb. 17:

Brandon Joseph Frechette, 21, male, of 2124-731 W. 27th St., arrested at 1:05 a.m. at Fourth Street and Main Street, charged with second-degree intoxication.
