Feb. 17:
Richard Lee Jump Jr., 24, male, of Dubuque, arrested at 1:49 a.m. at Joker's Comedy Club, charged with consumption in public/intoxication and disorderly conduct.
Cassidy Ann Vislisel, 24, female, of 812-1 State St., arrested at 11:10 p.m. at the 200 block of Main Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first-degree.

Feb. 18:
Shane Tyler McRoberts, 22, male, of Charles City, arrested at 1:44 a.m. at the 300 block of Main Street, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

Shannon Elizabeth Chyma Feisel, 24, female, of 120-C1 Balboa Ave., arrested at 10:24 p.m. at Idaho Road and Tucson Drive, charged with mittimus.
