Marijuana, Public Intoxication and Drunk Driving Charges: Cedar Falls Police Blotter

Feb. 2:

Erica Lynn Willey, 24, female, of Waverly, arrested at 2:02 a.m. at the 400 block of Main Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first-degree.

Feb. 3:

Bryan Charles Porting, 20, male, of Fort Dodge, arrested at 4:15 a.m. at University Avenue and Highway 58, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first-degree.

Nicholas George Armstrong, 24, male, of 2610-7 College Street, arrested at 10:53 a.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

William Lukehart Wilkie, 26, male, of 2919 Willow Lane, arrested at 10:10 p.m. at 311 Main Street, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

Feb. 5:

Kelsey Marie Reiter, 18, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 10:57 a.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with interference/no injury.
