July 7:
Arthur Charles Lathan, 25, male, of 4400-142 N. Zircon Lane, arrested at 4:16 a.m. at Primrose Drive and Valley High Drive, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.
July 9:
Ginger Ellen Seiler, 44, female, of 4117-215 University Ave., arrested at 6:02 a.m. at the same location, charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Debora Christine Brown, 51, female, of Reinbeck, arrested at 3:35 p.m. at 6301 University Ave., charged with fifth-degree theft.
July 10:
Troy Manor Thompson, 45, male, of Evansdale, arrested at 2:05 p.m. at 2603 Rainbow Drive, charged with operating a motor vehicle without owner's consent.
William Michael Trevey Jr., 31, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 5 p.m. at the 1300 block of Lincoln Street, charged with driving while license revoked.
