Drunk Driving and Public Intoxication: Cedar Falls Police Blotter

July 19:
Jared Emil Williams, 34, male, of 4712 Addison Drive, arrested at 1:35 a.m. at Third Street and Main Street, charged with first-degree operating while intoxicated or drugged.
Chase Kyler Whitters, 20, male, of Toddville, arrested at 1:55 a.m. at Joker's, Fourth and Main Street, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.
Trevor Markell Burgess, 20, male, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 1:56 a.m. at Joker's, Fourth and Main Street, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.
Joshua John Hovenga, 21, male, of 7136 Leversee Road, arrested at 3:44 am. at the 700 block of West First Street, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.
Andrew William Starkey, 24, male, of 110-A W. 21st St., arrested at 8:07 p.m. at the 500 block of East Seerley Boulevard, charged with second-degree operating while intoxicated or drugged.
