July 21:
Kevin Lee Spier, 22, male, of Sumner, arrested at 1:58 a.m. at Jokers, 401 Main St., charged with consumption in public/intoxication and interference/no injury.
Skylar Marie Lavenz, 19, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 7:21 p.m. at 525 Brandilynn Blvd., charged with fifth-degree theft.
July 22:
Christopher Dennis Gibbs, 26, male, of 5211 W. Bennington Road, arrested at 12:39 a.m. at East Street and Waterloo Road, charged with second-degree operating while intoxicated or drugged.
Thomas Eugene Schons, 38, male, of 1014 Cadam Court, arrested at 11:04 a.m. at Bio-Life in Cedar Falls, charged with failure to appear and three probation violations.
Grant Franklin Scraff, 30, male, of Vinton, arrested at 3:22 p.m. at Covenant Medical Center, charged with pre-trial revocation.
