Drunk Driving and Public Intoxication: Cedar Falls Police Blotter

July 12:
Cathryn Marie Ibeling, 60, female, of Aplington, arrested at 9:34 a.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with first-degree operating while intoxicated or drugged.
July 13:
Kyle Scott Arthur, 26, male, of 21 River Ridge Road, arrested at 12:59 p.m. at the 200 block of Main Street, charged with third-degree intoxication.
Robert Lerenzo Sanchez, 19, male, of Grand Junction, Colo., arrested at 11 p.m. at 4117 University Ave., charged with fifth-degree criminal mischief.
July 14:
Nicholas Lee Hullerman, 20, male, of 3212 Pleasant Drive, arrested at 2:35 a.m. at 615 Main St., charged with consumption in public/intoxication.
July 15:
Billy Ray Jones, 59, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 8:07 a.m. at the Black Hawk County Sheriff's Office, charged with second-degree theft.
