May 31:
Ryan David Mitchell, 25, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 1:41 a.m. at Third Street and State Street, charged with second-degree operating while intoxicated or drugged.
Megan Shannet Peppers, 35, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 3:25 p.m. at 220 Clay St., charged with fifth-degree theft.
Jesse Andrews Stern, 28, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 7:31 p.m. at the Black Hawk County Jail, charged with driving while license revoked and second-degree operating while intoxicated or drugged.
June 1:
Tyler Eugene Jackson, 20, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 1:34 a.m. at Fourth Street and Clay Street, charged with second-degree intoxication and interference/no injury.
Kameron Christian Warrior, 18, male, of 2308-2 Center St., arrested at 9:24 a.m. at 2008-2 Center St., charged with assault - domestic assault - strangle - no injury.
