Cedar Falls Police Host Traffic Event

Officers from six state and local law enforcement agencies participated in the event with the purpose of enforcing moving violations as well as other traffic related offenses.

On April 19 the Cedar Falls Police Department hosted a multi-agency traffic enforcement project. 

Officers from six state and local law enforcement agencies participated in the event with the purpose of enforcing moving violations as well as other traffic related offenses.

The following departments participated in the event: Cedar Falls Police Department, Black Hawk County Sheriff's Office, Waterloo Police Department, University of Northern Iowa Police Department, Evansdale Police Department, and the Department of Transportation. 

Funding for this and other special traffic enforcement projects are provided by the Governor's Traffic Safety Bureau.
