Drunk Driving and Theft: Cedar Falls Police Blotter

There were six arrests in today's police blotter, from Aug. 30 to Sept. 1.
Charges include habitual offender/barred, fifth-degree theft, public intoxication, and first- and second-degree driving while drunk or drugged (OWI).
