Drunk Driving and Theft Charges: Cedar Falls Police Blotter

June 28:
Kevin Francis Geist, 31, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 2:35 a.m. at the 400 block of Main Street, charged with second-degree operating while intoxicated and possession of marijuana.
June 29:
Spencer Silas Frye, 34, male, of 919 Rosewood Drive, arrested at 12:25 a.m. at Second Street and Main Street, charged with second-degree operating while intoxicated.
Lance Mark Forney, 42, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 2:47 a.m. at 815 W. 23rd St, charged with first-degree operating while intoxicated.
Amber Sky Bradley, 21, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 6:17 p.m. at 545 Brandilynn Blvd., charged with fifth-degree theft.
