Drunk Driving, Assault and Theft Charges: Cedar Falls Police Blotter

June 20:
Arthur John Hesse, 51, male, of 1307 Longview St., arrested at 6:36 p.m. at 3107 Longview St., charged with serious domestic assault, simple domestic assault and interference/no injury.
Stephen Alan Miller, Jr., 34, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 8:31 p.m. at 711 Clair St. on a parole violation, charged with third-degree theft and second-degree theft.
June 21:
Gina Estefania Bastien Rodriguez, 21, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 12:58 a.m. at the 400 block of Washington Street, charged with first-degree operating while intoxicated or drugged.
Betsie Sue Larson, 41, female, of 1228 Parker St., arrested at 12:16 p.m. at the 1200 block of Parker Street, charged with third-degree theft.
Markus Earl Harding, 29, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 2:20 p.m. at the Black Hawk County Jail, charged with assault without intent to injure.
