Johhny Wesley Smith Jr., 22, male, of 10-1012 University Mills, arrested at 2:21 a.m. at 925 W. 22nd St., charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

Michael Damon Bean, 25, male, of 2724-108 Bicentennial Drive, arrested at 4:41 p.m. at the same location, charged with criminal failure to appear.

Mitchell Lee Harger, 18, male, of Toddville, arrested at 10:28 p.m. at the 100 block of East Fourth Street, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

Jesica Rae Heidbrink, 20, female, of 1123 Main St., arrested at 11:07 p.m. at Second Street and Clay Street, charged with two counts of criminal failure to appear.

Aaron John Spiess, 26, male, of 210 W. 21st St., arrested at 11:29 p.m. at 21st Street and Franklin Street, charged with third-degree operating while intoxicated/drugged and serious misdemeanor eluding police.
