Theft and Public Intoxication: Cedar Falls Police Blotter

June 30:
Austin Gerald Edwin Ernst, 21, male, of 603 W. 22nd St., arrested at 2:08 a.m. at 11th Street and Washington Street, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.
Joseph Jeffery Santee, 33, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 7:01 p.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with fifth-degree theft.
Brennan Russell Block, 19, male, of 605 Juanita Ave., arrested at 9:02 p.m. at the 1700 block of Hudson Road, charged with drug paraphernalia.
July 1:
Ashlie Francine Hampton, 30, female, of 1212 Lilac Lane, arrested at 11:30 p.m. at the same location, charged with serious domestic assault.
July 2:
Jerry Alan Grosse, 71, male, of 105 E. Lone Tree Road, arrested at 5:06 p.m. at 6301 University Ave., charged with fifth-degree theft.
