Marijuana and Drunk Driving on the Fourth of July: Cedar Falls Police Blotter
The following information was provided by the Cedar Falls Police. It does not indicate a conviction.
July 3:
Nicholas Vincent Metcalf, 18, male, of 2311 Sumac Ave., arrested at 11:15 p.m. at the same location, charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Leah Ann Naber, 19, female, of 2311 Sumac Ave., arrested at 11:15 p.m. at the same location, charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
July 4:
Michael James Hangartner, 28, male, of 1516 Olive St., arrested at 1:31 a.m. at the 1400 block of Walnut Street, charged with first-degree operating while intoxicated or drugged and drug paraphernalia.
Michael Lee Shepard, 31, male, of 1701 W. Lone Tree Road, arrested at 2:17 a.m. at Highway 57 and Highway 58, charged with first-degree operating while intoxicated or drugged.
Ronald Jay Colson, 47, male, of 924 Ellen St., arrested at 9:48 p.m. at Brookside Drive and Hudson Road, charged with first-degree operating while intoxicated or drugged.
