Alexa Ray Hatch, 19, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 11:34 p.m. at University Ave. and College Street, charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

March 7:

Nicholas Vincent Metcalf, 18, male, of 1703 Ford Road, arrested at 2:27 a.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first-degree.

March 8:

Matthew Daniel Meier, 20, male, of 1920 Campus St., arrested at 1:57 a.m. at 401 Main St., charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

March 9:

Mark Joseph Blessington, 22, male, of 725 W. 29th St., arrested at 2:13 a.m. at 13th Street and Washington Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first-degree.
