Christine Goldie Lathan, 55, female, of 4400 Zircon Lane, arrested at 1:58 p.m. at Cedar Heights Drive and University Avenue, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first-degree.

William E. Carroll, 20, male, of Iowa City, arrested at 10:24 p.m. at 2512 Walnut St., charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

Feb. 10:

Jerame Roderick Carlson, 19, male, of 2900-442 Hudson Road, arrested at 1:29 a.m. at 7511 University Ave., charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

Mark David Klein, 26, male, of 1901-C8 W. 18th St., arrested at 3:09 a.m. at the same location, charged with possession of marijuana and interference/no injury.
