Parkersburg Man Charged With Carrying a Weapon While Drunk in Cedar Falls

A Parkersburg man was charged with carrying weapons after being pulled over for allegedly driving drunk early Sunday morning.
Cedar Falls police arrested Todd Michael Moore, 45, at 4 a.m. March 23 at the corner of Howe and Lincoln Streets in Cedar Falls.
Police said when officers approached Moore's car, there was a pistol sitting inside the vehicle.
