Possession of Marijuana and Public Intoxication: Cedar Falls Police Blotter

June 26:
Lucas Wade Jones, 24, male, of 317-C N. College St., arrested at 11:22 p.m. at Ninth Street and Main Street, charged with habitual offender/barred.
June 27:
Jessica Lynn Selby, 19, female, of 2124-321 W. 27th St., arrested at 1:40 a.m. at 2223.5 College St., charged with consumption in public/intoxication.
Donald Lynn Cary, 43, male, of 1224 Rainbow Drive, arrested at 2:01 a.m. at the 2200 block of Clay Street, charged with consumption in public/intoxication and fifth-degree criminal mischief.
Frank Lee Miller, 50, male, of Elk Run Heights, arrested at 11:28 a.m. at 5502-40 Peridot Road, charged with possession of a controlled substance - marijuana - 3 and drug paraphernalia.
June 28:
Brett Christopher Weichers, 45, male, of 1702 Iowa St., arrested at 2:03 a.m. at 118 Main St., charged with consumption in public/intoxication, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
