Public Intox at the Hospital and Possession of Marijuana: Cedar Falls Police Blotter

The following information was provided by the police. It does not indicate a conviction.

May 30:

Sharilyn Nea Jordan, 28, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 4:19 p.m. at Covenant Medical Center in Waterloo, charged with third-degree intoxication.

Jacob Glenn Arends, 28, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 6:36 p.m. at University Avenue and Black Hawk Village in Waterloo, charged with possession of marijuana.

Evan James Walters, 21, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 7:44 p.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with fifth-degree criminal mischief.

Kortnie Nicole Kohlmeyer, 18, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 11:34 p.m. at Fifth Street and Main Street, charged with operating while intoxicated.

May 31:

Brett Strech McMakin, 18, of Overland Park, Kan., arrested at 12:33 a.m. at 407 Main St., charged with consumption in public/intoxication and interference/no injury.
