Public Intoxication and Drunk Driving Charges: Cedar Falls Police Blotter

June 21:
Scott Allen Wahl, 45, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 9:10 p.m. at 3917 Hazelwood Lane, charged with second-degree operating while intoxicated or drugged and driving while license suspended/simple misdemeanor.
Tamra Lynnette Williams, 20, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 11:49 p.m. at Rownd Street and University Avenue, charged with habitual offender/barred.
June 22:
Daniel Ray Almond, 27, male, of Ames, arrested at 12:12 a.m. at the 900 block of State Street, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.
Chad Eugene Emerson, 29, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 1:07 a.m. at 925 W. 22nd St., charged with second-degree operating while intoxicated or drugged and simple assault.
Zachary Arthur Wilming, 19, male, of Dubuque, arrested at 1:31 a.m. at 407 Main St., charged with consumption in public/intoxication.
