Report: Police Question Cedar Falls High Student About Threatening Tweet
Cedar Falls parents received an email that the high school was "alerted of a potential threat" Tuesday.

A Cedar Falls High School student sent an allegedly threatening Tweet and was questioned by police this week, school principal Richard Powers confirmed.
However, he said no danger was discovered after police questioned the student and the student's family and searched the student's home.
Parents received an email about the situation which said the high school was “alerted of a potential threat” Tuesday afternoon.

"Because it's a continuing situation there's not much we can say," Powers said Thursday. "But I think everybody feels comfortable that we're in a safe situation."
