Kandie Vaughn, the stepmother of soldier Travis Vaughn, who died in Afghanistan, spoke with Cedar Falls Patch about what it will mean to have the memorial dedicated to his memory at Cedar Falls High School tomorrow at 3:00 p.m.
The event is open to the public.
