Theft, Drug and Criminal Mischief Charges: Cedar Falls Police Blotter

There are five arrests in today's police blotter, from April 17 and 18. Charges include criminal mischief, theft, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
There is one juvenile arrest. That names have been blocked out, as Patch does not typically print the names of juveniles who have been arrested.
