3. A 22-year-old Ames man resisted his arrest and tried to stop firefighters from helping an unconscious intoxicated man at a party early Saturday, according to police.

The officers were responding to a domestic dispute call over the location of the man's daughter, with the man reportedly jumping up and down on top of a woman's car before officers arrived.
