Update: Series of Severe Weather Warnings Issued for Cedar Falls Wednesday
Cedar Falls is in the path of severe weather.

Update 8:15 p.m.:
A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued in Black Hawk County until 8:30 p.m.
Update 7:12 p.m.:
Tornado warning for Black Hawk County has been extended until 7:45 p.m.
Update 6:50 p.m.:
Another tornado warning has been issued in Black Hawk County, this time until 7:15 p.m.Â
The National Weather Service said the storm should hit Janesville around 7:05 p.m.
Update 5:45 p.m.:
Tornado warning for Black Hawk County extended until 6:15 p.m.
Update 5:30 p.m.:
A tornado warning has been extended until 6 p.m. for Black Hawk County.
KWWL is reporting a storm is moving north of Cedar Falls and Waterloo through Janesville and Dunkerton.
Update 5 p.m.:Â
A tornado warning is in effect for Black Hawk County until 5:30 p.m.
According to the National Weather Service, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located five miles south of Fairbank, moving southeast at 30 mph.
Tornado sirens have gone off in Cedar Falls.
