An Easter egg hunt will have children swimming through the pool to collect eggs that they can turn in for prizes. Children and parents can choose to either participate in the smaller youth pool or the full-size lap pool based on their age and swimming ability. Parents are welcome to be in the water with their young children. All participants need to bring their own swim suite and towel.
Following the hunt, children and families can enjoy free swim time as well as Easter crafts and activities. The event is open to the public; families do not need to be members of the Y to participate.
Easter Eggstravaganza is one of the Y’s Family Time events that allow families a time and place to come together to have a good time; participate in a variety of fun activities; share, communicate and strengthen their relationships; and meet other families.
