Update: No UNI Night Classes; Cedar Falls, Waterloo Schools Dismissing Early Tuesday as Winter Storm Rocky Hits Iowa
Another winter storm has descended on Iowa. Check back here for updates on an cancellations or delays, road conditions, snowfall totals and more.

Update 1:10 p.m.
University of Northern Iowa night classes are canceled as of 5 p.m. Â Other weather-related announcements will be posted on the university's website.
Update 12 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. and 1 p.m.:
Cedar Falls Schools: secondary schools will be dismissed at 1:15 p.m., and elementary schools at 2 p.m.

Elementary Parent-Teacher Conferences scheduled for this evening have been rescheduled to March 5.
All evening activites canceled.

Cedar Falls v. West Dubuque boys basketball substate game postponed until Feb. 27.
St. Patrick School: pre-school through grade 8 dismissing at 1:15 p.m.
Valley Lutheran School: closing at 1 p.m.
Waterloo Schools: 1:15 p.m. early dismissal for secondary (and Cunningham) and 2:15 p.m. all elementary.
Cedar Valley Catholic Schools: 6 - 12 grade dismissing at 1 p.m., elementary dismissing at 2 p.m. No evening activities.

Less than a week after "Q" blanketed the state, Winter Storm Rocky is here.
The National Weather Service issued a Winter Storm Warning Tuesday for Black Hawk County and much of the rest of central and southeast Iowa.
As anyone venturing outside in Cedar Falls Tuesday could tell you, heavy snow has been coming down throughout the morning. It is expected to continue for some time, along with predicted 20 to 30 mph winds.

Snowfall accumulations of 5 to 9 inches, with locally heavier areas, are possible. The Weather Service said snow accumulation of an inch an hour is possible in the areas with the heaviest snowfall.
The warning lasts until noon Wednesday.
