Stabbing Victim Leads To Des Moines Hospital Lockdown
The victim showed up at a Des Moines hospital Sunday, bleeding and reporting she had been stabbed.

DES MOINES, IA — A stabbing victim who showed up at Mercy Hospital Sunday afternoon led to a hospital lockdown after officials learned the suspect had not been caught. KCCI-TV reported the lockdown was part of the hospital's normal procedure in an emergency situation.
A lockdown allows hospital staff to monitor who goes in and out, the TV station reported.
The woman's injuries were reportedly not life threatening.
