Iowa City Police: Man Charged with Harassment (Three Counts) After Texting Photos of His Genitals to Multiple Women
The man tried the technique with several women, including a former coworker, but this led to the eventual harassment charges instead of the desired effect.

An Iowa City man who lives on Friendship Street was charged for being a bit overly friendly last October.
Abelardo Joese Rodriguez, 22, of 3000 block Friendship Street, was charged with three counts of third-degree harassment for sending photos of his tumescent member to three different women, including a former co-worker.
