Iowa City Weather Forecast: Snow Flurries Today, Chance for More Snow Next Week
We haven't seen the last of snow in Iowa City.

This next week of snow might not have a snow storm with a funny name attached to it, yet, but that doesn't mean it won't be annoying.
The National Weather Service in the Quad Cities is forecasting another day of potential flurries in Iowa City. The seven day forecast also includes a brief break from snow over the weekend, followed by a chance of snow early next week.
The KCRG weather team concurs that snow might hit Eastern Iowa next week:

Snow somehow continues to linger across eastern Iowa this morning. Roads are slick in spots, and you'll want to watch for this during the morning commute. Highs are still on track to hit 30 for many areas today. It appears finally some drier air will work into the area this afternoon shutting down the snow for a while. The weekend is still quiet, with another storm system set to impact us on Monday and Tuesday. As of right now, much of the area will likely see accumulating snow on Monday and Tuesday.Â
Weather Underground also has a chance of snow next Monday, with high temperatures nontheless potentially reaching above 40 degrees next week, as Spring and Winter being their battle for control.
