Police: Coralville Woman Maced Fellow Bus Passenger in the Face After Argument
The woman is accused of spraying a fellow passenger in the face with mace after a verbal argument on a city bus.

A Coralville woman was docked with a serious misdemeanor assault charge after she allegedly maced another woman in the face following an argument on a Coralville city bus.
According to a Coralville police criminal complaint, Zhene Torese Ball, 18, of Coralville was involved in a verbal argument with another passenger on Jan. 22 at 7:45 p.m. Ball then went and borrowed a can of mace from a friend, and as the passengers were exiting Ball maced the female passenger in the face.

When police arrived the mace victim was in pain and had red, watery eyes.
Ball was booked into the Johnson County Jail on Thursday on an assault causing bodily injury charge, a serious misdemeanor. She is still in jail on $2,500 cash only bond.
