I need talented boys...a guitarist, a bassist, and a drummer, at the very least. Violin/banjo/ukulele players more than welcome as well. I can provide lyrics, looks, lead singing, and charisma. I play guitar and piano, but you would be in charge of writing the music, so be capable in that regard. Also, you'll need to be OK with a female lead. Red and Blue Makes Purple

It seemed like destiny. The stars aligned and for what felt like hours but was only a few short minutes our routes a lined. Like we were going in one giant circle but making all the same stops. When we meet we always seem to be going in opposite directions, but if I wait long enough we always pass again. In that brief moment the wheels of life stop turning.

when i'm in traffic i often wish we were all on bicycles so when we came to the intersection together there could be discourse instead of looking into the rear view mirror possibly too long and freaking the other person out. you turned off foster road onto dubuque in a hurry. i assumed late for something because the winshield in your prius was still frosted over. as you turned behind me onto park, then again onto riverside dr, I couldn't help but think about where you were coming from and where you might be going, as i could slowly see you better as the frost went away. when i started thinking about us not being able to acknowledge each other trapped in our automobiles, it led me to think of this missed connections, and when i found myself looking your vehicle over for identifying signs i totally creeped myself out and continued my trip southward, but not before mahaska county stuck in my head.

Things to be thankful for

Be thankful - you are lucky and miraculously fortunate to be alive. Existing is a generally agreeable but underappreciated state. Take it for what it is; enjoy what you can. Just suck in the experience, and don't get stuck in the details. It will be okay. Promise.
