City Of Johnston: VOLUNTEER FOR KITES ON THE GREEN ON MAY 7

The annual Kites on the Green event will be held Saturday, May 7 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Johnston Common, the green space near the Johnston Public Library. This great event allows families to come together, fly kites and enjoy the beautiful weather. To ensure this event is successful, volunteers are needed for multiple shifts. Volunteers may be asked to help kids/families build kites, assist at special activities, or help with the donation booths. Sign up by visiting www.cityofjohnston.com/KOTGVolunteer. The family-friendly festival will feature giant show kite displays, stunt kites, free kite building, sidewalk art, and delicious food. We encourage you to bring your family and join in on the fun.
