Johnston Schools to Hold Press Conference on Tuesday About $41 Bond Campaign

A press conference will be held on April 2 at 9:00 a.m. at the Johnston Community School District administration center, 5608 Merle Hay Road, Johnston.

Johnston school leaders are holding a press conference on Tuesday about a $41 million bond referendum for construction projects to alleviate overcrowding in the district.

A vote will be held on June 25.

This is a reminder of the press conference on April 2 at 9:00 a.m. at the Johnston Community School District administration center, 5608 Merle Hay Road, Johnston.

District administrators will kick off the Johnston Schools 2013 Bond Referendum campaign and answer any questions you may have, including those about the district’s increasing enrollments, classroom space issues, facility costs, or tax impact.
