Smashed Windshield, Flattened Tires: Johnston Police Blotter

The Johnston Police Department investigated a number of calls Dec. 28 to Dec. 30. Take a look at the reports.

Dec. 28
Wille Carpentry reported someone had broken into their construction trailer and a construction site and stolen tools and equipment.

Dec. 30
An 18-year-old man reported someone smashed the windshield, flattened two tires and broken off an outside mirror on his vehicle while it was parked on the roadway at a residence.

A storage facility reported the break in of a travel trailer that is being stored on the property. During the investigation, two other units were found broken into.
