Storage Break-In: Johnston Police Blotter

The Johnston Police Department investigated a number of calls Feb. 15 to Feb. 17. Take a look at the reports.

Dates below are when the incident was reported or occurred, not when an arrest or charges were filed. Charges do not always result in convictions. All individuals listed below are innocent until proven guilty.

Feb. 15
The parents of a 14-year-old girl reported her as a runaway. She was later found and returned.

Feb. 16
Budget Storage notified a victim that his storage unit and four others had been broken into.

Feb. 17
A 42-year-old man reported his mailbox pole had been damaged and his mailbox taken. Another neighbors mailbox pole had been damaged as well in the 6800 blocked of Northwest 93rd Street.
