
An apparent disorderly house led to four Marion neighbors getting arrested earlier this month.
Disorderly house is typically the charge for a house party that gets out of hand, but could also be for gambling, prostitution or drugs, according to Iowa Code.
The incident occurred at the residence of Brandon James Whetstine, 21, of 515-25 Bentley Drive in Marion. He was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly house at 5:52 p.m. on Nov. 6.

Three neighbors were also arrested for disorderly house at Whetstine's address. Also charged were Nathan James Deal, 33, of 515-23 Bentley Drive; Chad Michael Petersen, 30, of 515-24 Bentley Drive; and Gyles Lange Evans, 20, of 515-15 Bentley Drive.

Gyles Lange Evans, 20, of 515-15 Bentley Drive in Marion, was arrested for disorderly house at 7:22 p.m. on Nov. 6 at 515-25 Bentley Drive.
