40-Year-Old Cedar Rapids Man Charged with Possession and Fraudulent Registration

Jason Eden, of Cedar Rapids, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, not having proof of insurance, driving without registration and fraudulent use of registration.

He was arrested March 9 at the 1000 block of 35th Street.

Fraudulent use of registration is a simple misdemeanor.

Christian John Bozung, 19, 1612 10th Street, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, at the 600 block of West Eighth Avenue.

Brian Lee Thomas, 33, 382 11th Street, Marion, was charged with driving with a revoked license and not having proof of insurance, at the corner of 12th Street and Fifth Avenue

Christopher George Blozvich, 23, 482 11th Street, Marion, was charged with driving with a suspended license at the corner of First Street and Fifth Avenue.

Amber Leigh Ross, 31, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving with a barred license, habitual offender and failure to display registered plates, at the corner of 20th Street and Seventh Avenue.

Phillip Leroy Davis, 52, 2981 Ninth Street, Marion, was charged with driving with a suspended license and failing the windshield requirement, at the corner of 10th Street and Seventh Avenue.

Rick Allen Fritz, 29, 1101 18th Street, Marion, was charged with driving wih a barred license, habitual offender and interference with official acts, at the corner of 35th Street and Ash Drive.

March 11

Petrigue Ivonne Ross, 22, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving with a suspended license and speeding, at the corner of Boyson Road and Newcastle Road.

March 12

Larry Joseph Berandt, 47, 1200 Lincoln Drive, Marion, was charge with drivint with a suspended license and breaking the windshield requirement, at the 600 block of Eighth Street.

Justin Leroy Scott, 22, 1281 Grand Avenue, Marion, was charged with possession of a controlled substance at the 500 block of 10th Street.

Pierre Rakheem Newton, 20, 1281 Grand Avenue, Marion, was charged with possession of a controlled substance at the 500 block of 10th Street.

Riley Jeffrey Odean, 21, 272 Ida Drive, Marion, was charged with driving while intoxicated/drugged, first offense, not having proof of insurance, not accident related and driving without registration, at the 500 block of 10th Avenue.
