43-Year-Old Charged With Public Intox and Showing False ID

Cedar Rapids resident Darryl Jackson, 43, was charged by the Marion Police Department with public intoxication and providing false identification.

Jackson was charged March 2 at 2:05 a.m. at 560 Bentley Drive.

March 2

Robert Wayne Greve, 26, Cedar Rapids, was charged with fifth-degree theft, at 200 Menard Lane.

Suzanne Ruth Wentz, 41, Ben-Dov Road, Marion, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and keeping a disorderly house, at 409 Ben-Dov Drive.

Andrew Jon Steepleton, 20, 655 Medow Ridge Boulevard, Marion, was charged with driving with a barred liscence, habitual offender, at the corner of 22nd Street and Hillview Drive.

Joshua James Downing-Shay, 26, 271 Lortz Drive, Marion, was charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without registration, at the corner of Highway 151 and 44th Street.

Kevin Robert Pannell, 53, 1228 Apache Drive, Marion, was charged with driving while intoxicated/drugged, first offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, failure to maintain control and not having proof of insurance, not accident related, at the 200 block of 31rst Street.

Jessica Jean Feuchtwanger, 27, 1255 George Drive, was charged with driving with a suspended license and not having insurance, not accident related, at the 1900 block of Seventh Avenue.

Cody Allen Busch, 18, 1450 48th Street, Marion, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and speeding, at the corner of 10th Street and Boyson Road.

March 4

Jacob Leo Yancey, 19, Mount Vernon, was charged with fifth degree theft at 5491 Highway 151. 

Laura Nochole Schwab, 24, 880 W Eighth Avenue, Marion, was charged with driving while intoxicated/drugged, first offense, on the 300 block of Marion Boulevard.

Greg Matthew Turek, 38, 959 10th Street, Marion, was charged with driving with a suspended license and without registration, at the 700 block of 10th Street.

Isaiah Edward Snead, 23, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving with a barred license, habitual offender, driving without registration and not having insurance, not accident related, at the corner of South 11th Street and Grand Avenue.
