70-Year-Old Charged With Theft: Marion Police Blotter
The following information was provided by the Marion Police. It does not indicate a conviction.
June 14:
Michael Paul Brownsberger, 47, male, of 1260 W. 14th Ave., arrested at 5:28 p.m. at the same location on a warrant.
Tyson Eugene Leslie, 19, male, of 1398 11th St., arrested at 7:20 p.m. at the same location, charged with assault without to injure.
Eric Lee Feuss, 32, male, of 515-32 Bentley Drive, arrested at 11:17 p.m. at the same location on a warrant.
June 15:
Brian Joseph McGregor, 34, male, of 1270 B Ave., arrested at 1:03 a.m. at the same location on a warrant.
Andrea Chapman Day, 70, female, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 5:40 p.m. at 200 Menard Lane, charged with theft.
