Feb. 15:

Brian Wesley Jolley, 28, male, of 138 Cedar Drive, arrested at 4:17 a.m. at the 1200 block of Eighth Avenue, charged with driving while license suspended and no insurance.

Brandon Charles Donegan, 19, male, of 600 W. Ninth Ave., arrested at 7:07 p.m. at the same location, charged with assault.

Feb. 16:

Shelby Lynn Beninga, 21, female, of 733 Fifth Ave., arrested at 2:02 a.m. at the same location, charged with domestic assault with injury, serious.

Aaron Darrell Sampson, 27, male, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 3:32 a.m. at 998 Eighth Ave., charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first-degree.

Feb. 17:

Christopher M. Weston-Smart, 39, male, of 1915 11th Ave., arrested at 12:51 a.m. at the 1000 block of 10th Street on a warrant, charged with driving with license suspended.
