Assault on a Peace Officer, Disorderly House Violations — Marion Police Blotter

made six assualt and harassment related charges during the one week period from July 20 to July 26.
Heidi Jo Heidelberg, 31, Cedar Rapids, was charged with interference with official acts, assault on a peace officer and a disorderly house violation, at 1450 44th Street.
Melissa Sue Sanks, 28, 2902 14th Avenue, Marion, was charged July 26 with simple domestic assault, at 1899 Seventh Avenue.

Amber Marie Kilberger, 28, 1450 Medowview Drive, Marion, was charged July 23 with assault without intent to injure and interference with official acts, at 1485 Medowview Drive.
John Matadoor Roddy, 38, 1450 Medowview Drive, Marion, was charged July 23 with assault without intent to injure, at 1485 Medowview Drive.
