Marion High School will be the home of the first annual PastaDinner of Marion Cares along with the Marathon for Shoes packet pick up and The MAC Health and Fitness Expo on Saturday, April 20th.

$10 per ticket - Kids 10 and under eat FREE!

What: Pasta Dinner (Menu includes: Spaghetti & Meat Sauce (from Zio Johno's), Salad & Dressing, Bread, Homemade desserts, and refreshments)

Where: Marion High School cafeteria - 675 S 15th Street, Marion

When: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Who: The community is invited to meet the kids and families of Marion Cares and the Marathon runners and their families.

How Much: All proceeds benefit Marion Cares. Cost is $10.00. Children 10 & under eat FREE. Race participants are able to purchase tickets during event registration. Everyone can purchase tickets NOW by Clicking Here! 

Tickets available at the door. We are accepting cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.

  • Volunteer to help serve the meal, or clean up. Would your company/church like to serve together?
  • Provide baked goods for dessert. Deliver to Marion High School on April 20 between 2-4 pm.
  • Contribute financially to Marion Cares. Checks may be mailed to 766 13th Street, Marion, IA 52302
Marion Cares is a faith-based organization serving the needs of families and children in Marion Independent and Linn-Mar Schools. These services address moral guidance, academics, technology education, recreation, family and social needs.
