Feb. 1:

Bernard Rhone, 39, male, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 11:55 p.m. at 2455 Fifth Ave., charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Feb. 2:

Brittany Nichole Cecak, 22, female, of Amana, arrested at 12:08 a.m. at the 900 block of Blairs Ferry Road, charged with driving while license suspended and excessive speed (auto).

James Mitchell Svoboda, 29, male, of 777-B Fourth Ave., arrested at 8:24 a.m. at the 900 block of Blairs Ferry Drive, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first-degree, operating without registration and no insurance.

Derek Vashon Watson, 23, male, of 5-D Chapel Ridge Circle, arrested at 4:21 p.m. at the 600 block of Seventh Ave., charged with driving while license suspended.

Timothy Scott Towne, 47, male, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 7:39 p.m. at the 4400 block of Highway 100, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged third-degree, driving while license suspended, child endangerment and improper use of lanes.

Feb. 3:

Scott James Rentschler, 37, male, of 2190 Agate St., arrested at 7:28 a.m. at the same location, charged with assault-other.

David Allen Hartman, 53, male, of Mechanicsville, arrested at 5:26 p.m. at Highway 151 and 44th Street on a warrant and charged with driving while barred-habitual offender.

Joshua Ryan Namanny, 26, male, of 1010 14th St., arrested at 11:26 p.m. at the same location, charged with assault and possession of drug paraphernalia.
