Classes at Kirkwood Start Soon, Here's What to Do and When to Do It
We've provided a list of the essential dates for you to have a successful year at Kirkwood Community College.

School's starting again.
I know, I'm really sorry, you guys.
But if you are returning to one of Iowa's most prominent community colleges, , there are a few dates that you should probably know.

First off, the first day of school is Aug. 20. You should already be able to register for classes, but you lose the ability to add a class on the day before.
And if one of your classes is just not working out for you then you have until the 24th to drop it for a full refund, but if you just don't make that deadline than you can get a half refund if you drop the class before the 31st.

Your last day to drop a class without it going on your transcript is Nov. 30th. Dec. 7 is the last day of classes, but it's followed by finals the next week.
