Criminal Mischief, Drug and Public Intoxication Charges: Marion Police Blotter

There are six arrests in today's police blotter, from March 15 and 16. The charges include possession of a controlled substance (PCS), possession of drug paraphernalia (PDP), public intoxication, unlawful possession of prescription drugs, driving while license under suspension (DWLUS), open container - driver, failure to secure a child, failure to use safety belts and criminal mischief.

There is one juvenile arrest. The name for that arrest has been blocked out, as Patch does not typically print the names of juveniles who have been arrested.
