May 29:
Deborah Ann Roman, 52, female, of 825-S6 26th St., arrested at 9:43 p.m. at the same location, charged with disorderly house.
Kyle Michael Kellison, 22, male, of 980 Fourth St., arrested at 11:50 p.m. at 289 14th St., charged with interference with official acts and consumption in public/intoxication.
May 30:
Joseph Wayne Randall, 36, male, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 3:54 p.m. at South 12th Street and Meadowview Drive, charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Keoni Christin Young, 35, female, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 3:54 p.m. at South 12th Street and Meadowview Drive, charged with driving while license under suspension.
Travious Lee Newburry, 28, male, of Vinton, arrested at 4 p.m. at 200 Menard Lane, charged with theft.
