Jack Edward High III, 43, male, of 865-14 Bentley Drive, arrested at 11:38 a.m. at 6300 Council St. NE, charged with fifth-degree theft and fourth/fifth-degree criminal mischief.

Jan. 16:

Tyler Gene Williams, 23, male, of 530-2 Bentley Drive, arrested at 1:26 a.m. at Seventh Avenue and 10th Street, charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to display registration plates.

Hunter Alan Gordon, 18, male, of Ankeny, arrested at 8:25 a.m. at Highway 151, charged with driving with license suspended.

Tristan Ray Smith, 20, male, of 1385-4 Meadowview Drive, arrested at 11:05 a.m. at the same location, charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly house.
